Mrs. McLaughlin was like a second Mom to me (and to many others) as we were growing up. What a kind, generous and positive person, with a quick and beautiful smile and an infectious laugh. She was a bright light, and an inspiration to us, and to so many more. Our deepest condolences to Mr. McLaughlin and to Larry, Kim, Frank, Megan, and Matt, and your families on such a sorrowful loss.
Much love, David (and Denise, Diana, Joan, and Bob)
I will always remember Mrs. McLaughlin’s kindness when I stayed with the family back in 1990. Knowing Frank and Peggy, Larry, and Megan over the years, it’s clear her spirit lives on through them. Sending love to the whole family.
Suzie was a longtime member at the Flourtown Swim Club. She had such a bright smile and brought nothing but positivity to the club and aerobics classes. She will be greatly missed!
Our condolences to her family.
Nick & the entire Flourtown Swim Club Staff
This world needs so many more just like Susie, not one less. This news makes me very sad. She will be sorely missed.
Condolences Peggy to you & your family.

Grew up with the whole McLaughlin family through the St. Gen’s and Flourtown Swim Club days. I still laugh thinking about all of us gathered around their player piano acting like we were the ones playing it????
Your mom always made everyone feel like part of the family… like the unofficial 6th child. She had such a warm, welcoming way about her and so many wonderful memories were made because of that.
Although your mom will be deeply missed, I know she’s reunited with some amazing friends in a better place. Sending so much love to all of you — Larry, Kim, Frankie, Megan, Matt and the whole extended McLaughlin family. ❤️
