So sorry for your loss Vaders Family. We are thinking of you all and wishing you peace in this difficult time.
Kathy will be greatly missed. Especially her humor and zest for life that she experienced until the end. Knowing that she was living her life as she wanted to the end should be comforting to her loved ones.
Rest in peace Kathy.
On behalf of the Bishop McDevitt community, we would like to offer our sincerest condolences to Kathleen’s family. Rest in peace Lancer.
So many great memories starting with meeting Kathy at Oreland Presbyterian nursery school. Balloon days at Enfield for many years.
Club schools at Christ Lutheran church . Vacations at Disney’s Washington, DC and many years in North Wildwood. Talking Jeff to Abington because he had an embedded toothpick in his foot on Super Bowl Sunday. Kathy spilling boiling water on herself as we spoke on the phone. Going to Williamsburg one of her favorite places. Sharing gossip on what are kids were doing in their teenage years. Having dinner for many years in OC to celebrate her Birthday.
Just a few highlights of our friendship of 50 years, we will miss you very much.
So sorry for your loss.
She will be long remembered because she definitely left her mark and she made the world a better place. Her humor would change your day to a good one. Everytime. The way she could lift you up, we know she was on the good side of God.
So many fun times at the shore, family parties that always turned into fun times to remember. Nobody can duplicate the shore summers with the McGeheans and Hunte’s. I hope they are all dancing together now.
