John W. Kett
Kett, John Warren (January 12, 2017). Beloved son of Ralph L. and Diane M. (nee Gable). Loving father to JJ Kett, Stepfather to Kelsie Dornheim and Jessica Porrini. Much loved brother of Marcie Cox, Pamela Gantkowski, Ralph III, Maria, and Martina Kett, and doting uncle to Jameson Kett. Those who knew John were familiar with his love of life and how much he enjoyed spending time with family & friends, his passion for sports (especially The eagles, The Phillies, The Flyers, and Notre Dame football), and his love of music. The Beatles were his all-time favorite band (he could name every song on every album). Pink Floyd was another favorite, in addition to many other bands in the classic rock genre. Another of John’s passions was animals…he had countless fur kids over the course of his lifetime – namely, Blackie, Tiger, Wolf, Luigi, Beau, Critter, Shadow, Jake and Marley. He leaves behind his cat, Hobbes, and his dog, Waldo. John was a voracious reader and his most favorite author was Stephen King. John also spent 20 years as an agent for Nationwide Insurance, working with his father & brother in that industry. Relatives and friends are invited to John’s memorial service on Friday, January 20th at 7 PM, Craft Funeral Home of Erdenheim, 814 Bethlehem Pike. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 PM. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, contributions in John’s name may be made to Lucky You! Animal Rescue… http://bit.ly/luckyyouanimalrescue

To the entire Kett family, my heart is deeply saddened to hear this news. It’s never easy losing someone you love at any point in your life especially someone in the prime of their life. I haven’t seen John in a long time but he was as much a part of my childhood as all my friends were and after I heard the news I closed my eyes to think of John and his laugh and smile as a young boy was all I could picture and that’s how I’ll remember him. God bless you John and may you shine down on your family forever
Maria, I am so sorry to read of your brothers passing. Sending love to you and heartfelt condolences. My prayers for you and your family.
Lots of love and hugs at this difficult time.. John was like a big brother since a very young age.. I will never forget him taking Maria to many rock concerts in our younger years which I know were NOT his favorites at all.. Good times and so thankful he did that.. I know he will be missed by so many.. Our sincere condolences to you all.. ???… Nina, Mike, and Jordan
