Agostinelli, Joan S. (nee Smith) (October 21, 2024). Beloved wife of Stephen P. Agostinelli. Loving mother to Michael Kilfeather, Patrick Kilfeather, Brendan Kilfeather, and Sean Kilfeather. Adoring grandmother of 8. Sister of Sister Regina Raphael, SSJ, Francis Smith, Kathleen Rodowicz, Patricia Smith, Maureen Joyce, and Eileen McCloskey. Devoted Daughter of the late Francis and Regina Smith. Relatives and friends are invited to Joan’s visitation Thursday, 11/7, 10 to 11am at Our Mother of Consolation Church, 9 E. Chestnut Hill Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19118. Her Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11am. Interment Private. In lieu of flowers contributions in Joan’s name may be made to Sisters of St. Joseph, 110 W. Wissahickon Ave., Flourtown, PA  19031.
