Eugenia Ferguson
Eugenia Ferguson (nee Buehler) died on October 31, 2020. She was the beloved wife of Paul Bruce Ferguson and loving mother to Genie Ferguson, Nancy Ferguson, Paul B. Ferguson, Jr. and Donald Scott Ferguson. She will also be missed by her 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
Gene grew up in Germantown and was a graduate of Stevens School. She volunteered at Chestnut Hill Hospital as a Gray Lady for over 40 years and was a member of the alter guild at St. Phillip-in-the-Fields in Oreland, PA. She supported whatever endeavor her husband, children and grandchildren were involved in – whether it was sports, education, political activities, church – she was there encouraging and always sharing her love. Her love of animals, in particular dogs, is known by anyone who knew her. She will be missed, but at least now she is with her husband of 71 years which is where she has always been and wanted to be.
Relatives and friends are invited to Gene’s Funeral Service Friday, November 6th, 10AM, at Church of the Messiah, 1001 DeKalb Pike, Lower Gwynedd, PA 19002. Friends may visit with the family from 9:30 to 10AM. In lieu of flowers, you can make a donation to Pennsylvania SPCA – 350 E. Erie Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19134 or to American Macular Degeneration Foundation, P.O. Box 515, Northampton, MA 01061-0515.
Our condolences to Mrs. Ferguson’s family. Our blessings are with you.

I was so sorry to hear of Aunt Gene’s passing but celebrate that she is now with the love of her life. I have very fond memories of her from childhood and know she will be missed.
