Patricia E. Stravinski
Patricia Ellen Stravinski (nee Holmes) of Fort Washington died Monday, November 3, 2025, at Jefferson Abington Hospital at the age of 84. She was formerly of Wilkes-Barre, Jenkintown and Hatboro.
Beloved wife of Robert J. Stravinski, they celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary in June.
Born in Berwick, PA, she was the daughter of the late B. Alfred Holmes and Rachel Holmes Engle (nee Vandermark). She was preceded in death by her brother, Frank Holmes of Greeley, CO, and sister, Marlene Wylie of Ashley, PA.
Raised and educated in Wilkes-Barre, she graduated from G.A.R. Memorial High School.
After graduation, she and Bob married and moved to Jenkintown. Pat worked at Sears in Abington. After adding to their family with the birth of the daughter they moved to Hatboro where they also welcomed their son.
During her children’s school years she was active in the North Willow Grove Elementary Parent Teacher Organization, serving as president
She began her 25-year career with Acme Markets in Horsham after her youngest child started school. After retiring from Acme, she founded her own company, Exclusive Designs by Stravinski, which specialized in custom window treatments, slipcovers and bedspreads.
Pat and Bob moved to Fort Washington in 1979. She was a member and treasurer of the now closed Zion Lutheran Church in Flourtown.
She was a woman known by many for her kind heart, many talents and love of adventure. While their love of travel took them on many trips and adventures around the world, their favorite times were in Aruba where they spent a good part of the winter.
Of all of her accomplishments she was most proud of being a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a sister, Donna Lee Engle of Ashley; daughter Jennifer Stravinski Lukoff (Andrew Lukoff) of State College; son Robert J. Stravinski II (Genevieve Gilinger) of Potomac Falls, VA; granddaughters Carissa Lukoff (Robert Furrh) of Odenville. Alabama; Gabrielle Stravinski of Potomac Falls, VA; Caroline Stravinski of Potomac Falls, VA; great grandchildren Annaleah Henderson and Lucas Furrh of Odenville, Alabama, and many nieces and nephews. She will also be missed by her three grand dogs, Zeus Stravinski of Potomac Falls, VA and Hudson and Carly Lukoff of State College, PA.
Relatives and friends are invited to Patricia’s viewing Saturday 11/8, 10 to 11am at Upper Dublin Lutheran Church, 411 Susquehanna Rd., Ambler, PA 19002. Her funeral service will follow at 11am. Interment George Washington Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers contributions in Patricia’s name may be made to Tunnel to Towers Foundation or the Montgomery County SPCA.

65 years of marriage filled with so much love for her spouse, friends, and family. She will be dearly missed!
