Guy C. Pierce III

Passed away peacefully on August 19, 2025, at the age of 90. Beloved husband of the late Elaine (née Fowler). Loving father of Guy C. Pierce IV (Lisa), Scott F. Pierce (Lynne), and Elizabeth P. Castor (Bruce). Cherished grandfather of seven and great-grandfather of six.

Guy was a graduate of Germantown Academy and Penn State University where he was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon. He honorably served in the United States Army. A lifelong enthusiast of golf, he was a member of Sunnybrook Golf Club, where he served as Club President in the 1990s. Guy and Elaine were longtime owners at Lake Paupac Club where they had many memorable times with friends and family.

Professionally, Guy’s career was marked by leadership and dedication—beginning in restaurant and club management and culminating as a Senior Vice President at Liberty Property Trust.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Guy’s memory may be made to the Acts Legacy Foundation or Pennsylvania Wounded Warriors (PAWW)
