Sally J. Bowen
Sally J. (Johnson) Bowen, a 63-year resident of Flourtown, passed away peacefully on June 1st at her home. She was 87 years old.
Born on October 27, 1937 in Junction City, KS, Sally was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Her love of her family kept her closely connected with her children and grandchildren.
A terrific cook, who enjoyed preparing Sunday dinners for the family, she also loved her dogs, gardening, reading, shopping and having long lunches with her sons and daughter(s)-in-law.
She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her two sons Robert (Gretchen) & Todd along with her four grandchildren, Matthew, Lindsay, David & Hayden and her sister, Mary Elizabeth (Johnson) Ellison. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Robert S. Bowen, Sr.
A private memorial will be held to honor her life. Sally’s wisdom, wit, laughter and unwavering nature will live on in the hearts and minds of her family.

Aunt Sally is definitely missed. Every holiday dinner I cant help but to think of her. I am sad to see this as I wasnt aware of her passing.
Bobby and Todd hoping you’re both well.
