Richard L. Mendenhall
Richard L. Mendenhall, passed peacefully at his home on January 19, 2018 at age 87. He was born in Philadelphia, Pa and graduated from Germantown High School. Then Richard served in the United States Coast Guard. He was passionate about horses and dedicated his life’s work to them as an accomplished Equestrian Rider, Horse Trainer, Blacksmith and Horse Identifier.
Beloved wife of the late Patricia J. Mendenhall. Father to Linda P., and James R. Mendenhall. He will be missed by his 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate Richard’s life. Richards’ Memorial Service is Tuesday, January 30 at St. John’s Church, 576 Concord Road Glen Mills, Pa. at 10am. Interment Church Yard. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Richards name may be made to Forgotten Cats Inc.
