We met through Oreland Quilters. Dot was my mentor, teaching me how to get those tiny even quilting stitches while sharing her own wonderful sense of humor (dry) and her contagious laugh as well as her talents. Love her. Miss her. Was honored to be part of her life until the time of Covid.

Dottie was much more than my neighbor–she was my friend. She was a wonderful, kind and funny woman. The stories she told show- cased her marvelous sense of humor and her keen eye on humanity. I miss her very much. I just want to tell you how deeply sorry I am that you have lost you loving Mother and proud Grandmother. Her loss is deeply felt by her many friends and all those whose lives she touched.
