Adam Nevedale
Adam Nevedale, 68, died suddenly on September 26, 2019. He was the beloved husband to Ginny (Romano) for 48 years and loving father to Abbey (David) Peake and Rebecca (Paul) Nevedale-Carter. He was an adoring “Pop Pop” to three grandchildren, Greyson, Olivia and Sawyer Peake. Adam is survived by his sister, Kathy “Cookie” (Marlin) Kelley, mother-in-law, Marie (Bickley) Romano, brothers-and-sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Adam and Alice (Roebuck) and his father-in-law, Albert “Halfy” Romano.
Raised in Greene County, PA, Adam moved to Norristown after high school, and obtained an Associates Degree from Montgomery County Community College. He was a master carpenter and worked in construction throughout his life – training and mentoring many grateful apprentices. He was the owner of Retail Planning and Construction, Inc., RMI Millwork, Inc. and their affiliate companies. Adam was a hunter, lover of the outdoors and a generous, loyal, honest “straight-shooter.”
Relatives and friends are invited to Adam’s visitation Monday, 9/30 from 6:00 to 8:00pm at Craft Funeral Home of Erdenheim, 814 Bethlehem Pike, and Tuesday, 10/1 from 9:00 to 10:00am at St. Genevieve’s RC Church in Flourtown. His Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:00am. In lieu of flowers, please send contributions to Unite for HER (127 East Chestnut Street, West Chester PA 19380) to provide healing therapies for women with breast cancer, a cause important to Adam and his family.
