Dear Edwin, I am so sorry for your loss and know your pain since I lost my partner of over 44 years in 2014. Phil and i were friends at Albright College. Would love to hear more about his life after that. I enrolled in the Air Force after leaving Albright. was tough being gay back then and getting a too secret clearance. Would love to hear from you at
cgshaffer@aol.com. Again, so sorry for your loss. Phil was a totally fascinating person. I am sure that your pain is the same as mine. Tom was my whole life.

  • Dear Ed,
So sorry for your loss. I think I only met Philip once, at a club near City Hall in Philadelphia. Do you remember? I vaguely recall a joke Philip told. Would retell it, but I am a terrible joke teller and it may not be appropriate in this forum.
If you read this, would love to hear from you (savageg@uww.edu)
Again, sorry for your loss. Hope you are doing OK.
